GDPR/Privacy policy

When you as a customer place an order via Elitaballers.com, order details are stored in the Shopify system. Here we register your name, address, phone and email addresses, as well as what you order.
We register and pass on personal data that is necessary for us to be able to deliver the goods to you. If you as a customer want your data deleted, we can make you inactive as a customer. We will only delete you completely after 5 years, in accordance with the Accounting Act.

We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data.

The companies only process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide sufficient protection for your data.
