1. Purchase at Elitaballers.com
The purchase is valid from the moment you as a customer have pressed the purchase button.

2. Prices and contracts
All prices are incl. taxes.
All prices on Elitaballers.com are automatically displayed in your local currency, based on your IP address. Our default currency is Danish kroner (DKK), but you have the option to view and pay in several different currencies. The current currency can be seen in the currency switcher at the bottom of the website.

3. Sales in general
The price stated at the time of order is the applicable order price.

4. Shipping and delivery
We always strive to ship the order as soon as possible and preferably within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays and vacation days. From order placement to receipt, it typically takes a maximum of 14 business days.
All orders are shipped with GLS or PostNord and can be tracked in case of any problems.
The shipping price depends on the customer's choice in check out.

5. Cancellation of order
If you wish to cancel or cancel an order that has already been placed, please send an e-mail to contact@elitaballers.com marked "Cancellation". This must state the time of the order and the order number. If you have received an order confirmation by e-mail, this can be returned to the sender with the text "Cancellation" inserted in the subject text. Cancellation should be made before 14:00/02:00PM CET on the same day as the order is placed.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different goods in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period starts from the day you receive the last item.

If the order consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.


The cooling-off period means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to contact@elitaballers.com or use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of a part of the purchase

If you have purchased multiple goods from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you can only get a partial refund of the shipping costs.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or order confirmation.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Goods sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

8. Right of withdrawal

When you shop with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies. As a consumer, you have a 2-year right of withdrawal, which means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation. This is, of course, provided that the complaint is justified. The difference between right of withdrawal and guarantee can be found here.

9. Application of the right of withdrawal
Complaints regarding defects must be notified to Elitaballers.com within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be valid.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a shipping receipt so that we can refund your shipping costs.
The customer is strongly encouraged to make a statement about the product's defect or deficiency in connection with the complaint, as failure to do so may mean an extension of the remediation process due to troubleshooting. The customer can make a complaint by returning the defective product by post to our address. Goods that are not covered by the right of complaint and/or are received without proper packaging will be repackaged and an amount corresponding to Elitaballers.com's expenses for necessary and proper packaging will be charged. Goods returned COD or sent without postage will not be accepted by Elitaballers.com.

10. Returned goods that do not contain defects
Goods should be returned with a copy of the invoice showing the date of purchase of the product complained about, otherwise the item will be held until a copy of the invoice and any error message on the product is available. Goods that are not covered by the right of withdrawal and that are received without proper packaging will be repackaged and an amount corresponding to our expenses for necessary and proper packaging will be charged.

11. Proper return
All products returned to Elitaballers.com must be properly packaged. Damage due to insufficient packaging may result in the loss of your rights. Elitaballers.com recommends that the item is returned via DAO and that the item is sent as parcel post. In this way, it is possible to track the package in DAO's system, thereby removing any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to Elitaballers.com Furthermore, the customer has the option of being able to search for the package if delivery has not taken place.

13. GDPR/Privacy Policy
When you as a customer place an order via Elitaballers.com, order details are stored in the Shopify system. Here we register your name, address, phone and email addresses, as well as what you order.
We register and pass on personal data that is necessary for us to be able to deliver the goods to you. If you as a customer want your data deleted, we can make you inactive as a customer. We will only delete you completely after 5 years, in accordance with the Accounting Act.

We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data.

The companies only process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide sufficient protection for your data.

You have the right to know what data we process about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we need it. Customer porting
If you as a customer want information about your purchase at Elitaballers.com, you can have your purchase ported. This means that we will tell you what you have purchased from us. It can be sent as a printout to an email and there is no charge.

Right of complaint
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact contact@elitaballers.com. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to:

To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. However, for complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 720. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.
