1. Purchase at Elitaballers.com
The purchase is valid from the moment you as a customer have pressed the purchase button.
2. Prices and contracts
All prices are incl. taxes.
All prices on Elitaballers.com are automatically displayed in your local currency, based on your IP address. Our default currency is Danish kroner (DKK), but you have the option to view and pay in several different currencies. The current currency can be seen in the currency switcher at the bottom of the website.
3. Sales in general
The price stated at the time of order is the applicable order price.
4. Shipping and delivery
We always strive to ship the order as soon as possible and preferably within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays and vacation days. From order placement to receipt, it typically takes a maximum of 14 business days.
All orders are shipped with GLS or PostNord and can be tracked in case of any problems.
The shipping price depends on the customer's choice in check out.
5. Cancellation of order
If you wish to cancel or cancel an order that has already been placed, please send an e-mail to contact@elitaballers.com marked "Cancellation". This must state the time of the order and the order number. If you have received an order confirmation by e-mail, this can be returned to the sender with the text "Cancellation" inserted in the subject text. Cancellation should be made before 14:00/02:00PM CET on the same day as the order is placed.

7. Right of withdrawal
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return process
You can easily create a return label via our returns portal. Please note that shipping costs are paid by the customer and the amount will be deducted when creating the return label.
Requirements for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as you received it - unused and in original packaging

Items returned to us without first creating a return via our returns portal will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the problem and help you further.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have and then make a new purchase once the return is approved.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund process
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we will refund the amount via your original payment method within 10 working days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for the bank or your credit card company to process the refund. If it has been more than 14 business days since we authorized your return, please contact us at contact@elitaballers.com.
8. Right of withdrawal
When you shop with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies. As a consumer, you have a 2-year right of withdrawal, which means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation. This is, of course, provided that the complaint is justified. The difference between right of withdrawal and guarantee can be found here.
9. Use of the right of complaint
Complaints regarding defects must be notified to Elitaballers.com within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. If you make a complaint within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. Complaints are created via our returns portal, where you can generate a return label. Please note that shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer unless the claim is justified, in which case we will refund the shipping costs.

10. Returned goods that do not contain errors
All returns created through the returns portal are at the customer's own expense, unless there is a justified complaint. If the item does not meet the requirements for a complaint or no defect can be found, we reserve the right to charge shipping costs for the return.
11. Proper return
All returns must be created via our returns portal, which ensures an easy and correct return process. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item is returned properly packaged and in the same condition as it was received. Damage due to inadequate packaging may result in the loss of your rights.

13. GDPR/Privacy Policy
When you as a customer place an order via Elitaballers.com, order details are stored in the Shopify system. Here we register your name, address, phone and email addresses, as well as what you order.
We register and pass on personal data that is necessary for us to be able to deliver the goods to you. If you as a customer want your data deleted, we can make you inactive as a customer. We will only delete you completely after 5 years, in accordance with the Accounting Act.
We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data.
The companies only process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide sufficient protection for your data.

You have the right to know what data we process about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we need it. Customer porting
If you as a customer want information about your purchase at Elitaballers.com, you can have your purchase ported. This means that we will tell you what you have purchased from us. It can be sent as a printout to an email and there is no charge.

To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. However, for complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 720. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.
