What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy on all products. To return an item, it must be unused and in its original packaging. You can start your return via our return portal here.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, you can do so via our return portal. Make sure you meet the requirements of our return policy. If you experience any problems or have any questions, please contact our customer service.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you contact us before 14:00 CET on the day of the order, we are usually able to change the order. However, we cannot guarantee anything as it depends on whether the package has already been delivered.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is packed, you will receive an email with a tracking link to DAO, PostNord or GLS's own tracking page where you can follow your order.

If you have entered your phone number correctly when ordering, you will also receive an SMS when the order is delivered or ready for pickup.

Do you offer free shipping?

Unfortunately, we only offer free shipping in Denmark for purchases over 300 DKK.

How long is the delivery time?

If you order before 15:00 CET, the order will be shipped the same day. If you order later, it will be shipped the next day at the latest. Delivery time varies depending on the country it is sent to, but typically 3-10 days.

Which shipping provider do you use?

We deliver with DAO, PostNord or GLS, where you can typically choose both home and parcel delivery.

Will there be customs duties on my order?

Depending on your country, customs duties may vary. Please check this before ordering.

Are your mini shin pads approved for use?

Yes! Our shin pads are fully compliant with the updated FIFA football rules for the 2024/2025 season. According to the new rules, it is now the player's own responsibility to ensure that the shin pads provide reasonable protection. This means that the referee cannot decide if they are big enough - that's up to you!
